Compassionate Clinical Team

Dr. Allison Ingley, owner of Core Strong Physical Therapy in Powell, Ohio

Practice Owner, Physical Therapist

Dr. Allison Ingley PT, DPT (she/her/hers)

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo in 2007 and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Dayton in 2010. Since then, I’ve completed over 450 hours of advanced training in pelvic floor assessment and treatment. My clinical focus includes pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum care, scar and myofascial release, and sports-related pelvic conditions, with a strong foundation in treating low back and hip pain that often overlap with pelvic health concerns for all adults.

My commitment to pelvic health is both professional and personal. Less than a month after graduating from physical therapy school, I had my first child and experienced pelvic floor dysfunction myself. Being told to simply “do some Kegels” didn’t address what I was going through, and that experience pushed me to seek deeper, evidence-based solutions. It ultimately shaped my career path and continues to inform the compassionate, thorough care I provide. I have also been honored to serve as a teaching assistant with the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, helping educate other clinicians in pelvic floor rehabilitation.

After years of working in a hospital-based setting, I opened my own private practice to remove insurance-driven limitations and provide truly individualized care. At Core Strong Physical Therapy, I believe in collaborative treatment plans that honor each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and long-term health—not just what is deemed medically necessary. Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on my kids at their sporting events, practicing yoga and weightlifting, rollerblading, and savoring the occasional quiet night at home.

Occupational Therapist

Dr. Carrigan Hatia OTD, OTR/L (she/her/hers)

I graduated with my doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Findlay in 2023. During my collegiate education I discovered a passion for pelvic health leading me to focus my capstone semester on pelvic floor therapy at an outpatient clinic in Lima, Ohio. During that time, I gained advanced hands-on experience and discovered a deep passion for pelvic health, which has only grown through my work in the outpatient setting over the last year.

I work with clients experiencing a range of pelvic floor conditions, including pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and perinatal recovery. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and focused on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I am very excited to be apart of the CSPT family and be apart of your journey!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my baby boy, curling up with a good book, spending time in nature, and making memories with my friends and family.

Practice Manager

Chelsea Zvansky (she/her/hers)

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dayton. My life's journey has been a blend of professional achievements and personal joys, particularly in raising two very fun and active boys. We share a love for creating memories together with activities such as kayaking, swimming, volunteering, and playing baseball and lacrosse. These experiences have not only enriched our lives but have also taught us the importance of staying active and connected to the community.

A decade ago, I was introduced to the world of physical therapy and it has truly transformed my life. I've experienced firsthand the struggles of being sidelined by a health condition that feels overwhelming and unmanageable. Fortunately, I found an exceptional physical therapist, Dr. Allison, who looked beyond my injury and helped me regain control of my life. With her guidance, I have been able to pursue the active lifestyle I had always dreamed of.

Through my journey with integrative medicine, motherhood, athletics, and multiple physical therapy rehabilitations, I have developed a deep passion for connecting individuals with the care and compassion they need during challenging times. This passion led me to join the CSPT family, where I am excited to offer my assistance and ensure every individual has a truly wonderful experience.

Office Administrator

Ryan Ingley ATC (he/him/his)

I graduated with my B.S in Athletic Training from The University of Toledo in 2007. I spent the first 13 years of my career on the sidelines of high school sports, bracing spinal cord injuries, assessing concussions and splinting broken bones. I have shifted in the last few years to a hospital based outpatient clinic role where I now work with a wide array of kids. I treats athletes who have graduated from physical therapy and are not quite "game ready" as well as teach children who struggle to get enough physical activity in their day, learn how to move and play in fun ways and just how to be a kid again!

With my background in healthcare, I have a great understanding of the medical system, the integrative approach needed to make life changing improvements and the compassion required in developing a safe environment for our patients. I am very excited to be part of the CSPT family and helping you have the best experience possible!
